1st UCGEF Organizing Committee

Parallel sub-committees have been formed to organize the conference in the United States and in China.  The organizing committee will support the conference and follow-up activities.  It oversees key decisions related to the conference (selection of speakers, acceptance of funds, expenditures).  It is charged to foster, a broad coalition of parties in China and California to collaboration on clean energy.

U.S. Honorary Chair: Senator Dianne Feinstein, the Senior United States Senator from California and Chairperson of the U.S. Senate Rules and Administration Committee

China Honorary Chair: Dr. Qide Han, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of National People's Congress of China and President of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST)

US Conference Co-Chairs: Robert S. Wu, Chairman of US-China Green Energy Council and Dr. Robert Larson, Managing Director, Woodside Fund and Founder of Systems Control and former IEEE President
 

China Conference Co-Chair: ZhongXian Zhao, Academician, Chinese Academy of Science and Vice President of China CAST
