Xie, Zicong 谢子聪

Mr. Zicong Xie is now the assistant general manager of Putian-CNOOC New Energy Power Corporation, manager of the technology and marketing departments. He is the senior research scholar on strategic planning for the China Electric Vehicle business model and infrastructure. He has decades of research experience on electric vehicles, especially the commercialization of electric passenger vehicles. He is a member of expert group that wrote "infrastructure and business model" report for the "12th Five Year" (ShiEr Wu) planning project for energy saving and new energy vehicles. This is one of the important projects under the “863 plan” of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He is also a member of the China expert group at the China-Europe electric vehicle round-table meeting; and a panel member of “strategic planning on electric vehicle business model and infrastructure” organized by the National key Projects Laboratory of Automotive Safety and Energy Efficiency at Tsinghua University. Mr. Xie is the editor in chief of “2010-2014 Development plan for electric vehicle charging stations,” published by the China Putian Group.

Mr. Xie has written many papers, including “Business Model Comparison between the fuel vehicle and the electric vehicle” and “Commercialization of electric vehicles.” In 2006, he was awarded one of the "China Top Ten Planning People of the Year" awards.

谢子聪先生是中国电动汽车商业模式及基础设施战略规划资深研究学者，对电动汽车，尤其是对电动乘用车的商业模式，及充换点基础设施战略规划拥有十多年的研究经验。清华汽车安全与节能国家重大项目实验室《电动汽车商业模式及基础设施战略规划》专家组成员；系中欧电动汽车专家圆桌会议中方专家组成员；美国斯坦福大学伯克利分校新能源技术会议：Car2.0特邀专家。撰写发表了《燃油汽车与电动汽车商业模式比较》、《纯电动汽车商业化浅析》、《中国电动汽车基础设施战略规划》、《给中国消费者购买电动轿车三个理由》等多篇论文。2006年荣获“中国十大策划风云人物”称号。谢子聪先生现任中国普天集团旗下普天海油新能源动力有限公司总经理助理，负责公司技术和市场运营的管理工作。
